1.Engine: the Weichai Deutz engine applied for this model features a strong power, a fuel consumption about 18% lower than before and a good reliability, and configures itself with the starting enrichment function.
2.Strengthened drive axle: the strengthened drive axle of SDLG’s new design features large bearing capacity and high reliability.
3.Mechanical countershaft transmission: the synchronizer transmission with three forward gears and two reverse gears features neutral start and reverse warning function, allowing for stable and comfortable gearshift.
4.Vibratory pump, vibratory motor: the PERMCO vibratory pump and vibratory motor applied affords stable quality and reliable performance.
5.Frame: the frame is welded with quality sheet metals, featuring reasonable structure, uniformly-distributed load and high loading capacity.
6.Articulation of front & rear frames: the front frame is articulated with the rear frame by a slewing ball bearing, ensuring easy disassembly & assembly, maintenance-free and reliable performance.
7.Exciting mechanism: the exciting mechanism patented by SDLG ensures high consistency of amplitude and frequency on both sides of vibratory drum and a good compacting effect; the internationally renowned vibratory bearing affords large bearing capacity, favorable stability and reliability.
8.Radiator: radiators are arranged in line to provide good heat radiating effect, and the sealing spacer is designed to separate the cool room from the hot room, thus enhancing the cooling efficiency.
9.Ratchet controlled hand throttle: the ratchet controlled hand throttle is provided, enabling to set a constant speed for vibrating operation and match the power of vibratory pump perfectly, and improving the compacting effect as a final result.
10.Fully-enclosed cab: the fully-enclosed cab is optimized ergonomically, which is spacious and bright with broad field of vision and good sealing performance so that it can provide a comfortable driving environment.
11.Electrical system: the electrical system of integrated control makes the inspection and maintenance easier; the stepping instrument cluster ensures high human-machine interaction and real-time monitoring of the machine working status.
12.Engine hood: the electrically-controlled linear actuator provided for the engine hood allows for one-button open of hood to a large angle, and the maintenance parts are rationally arranged to facilitate the maintenance and service.
